About Trauma Release Work

"With a series of exercises taught to me by Dave Berceli I encourage my clients to engage in this practice to release the harm still held in our bodies by old traumas. The simple set of poses allows the body to heal itself and return to a state of wholeness. Western Medicine agrees that most disease begins with stress. Overwhelming stress is trauma.
