Class Schedule

Yoga classes are on Tuesdays at 5 p.m., Thursdays at noon, and Saturdays at 8 a.m.

T'ai Chi beginner- and intermediate-level classes are on Tuesdays at 6 p.m., Thursdays at 11 a.m., and Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Advanced T'ai Chi is taught through private lessons only, Monday through Saturday.
